By enrolling in the Sustainable Change Programme (“Programme”), you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Eligibility
By enrolling, you confirm that:

You have never been diagnosed with an eating disorder (such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, or otherwise).

You understand that this Programme is not a substitute for medical treatment or therapy, and is intended for individuals in good general health.

You agree to disclose to your coach all medications you are currently taking at the time of enrolment and throughout the Programme if your circumstances change.
This information is essential to ensure safe and appropriate coaching support. If you are uncertain about your eligibility, it is your responsibility to seek medical advice before enrolling.
3. Participation Requirements
By enrolling, you agree to:

Attend an initial assessment prior to starting the Programme, to establish baseline measures and goals.

Participate in all scheduled weekly check-in calls for the duration of the Programme.

Complete all assigned tasks, reflections, and activities outlined in the Programme.

Maintain active and timely communication with your coach throughout the Programme.
Active participation is essential for your progress and for the integrity of the Programme.
4. Communication Consent
By enrolling in the Programme, you consent to:

Be contacted via phone, email, and text message for the purposes of Programme delivery, scheduling, check-ins, and support.

Receive important updates, reminders, and relevant information related to your participation in the Programme.
Your contact details will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.
5. Money Back Guarantee
We are confident that you will benefit from the Sustainable Change Programme. However, if you are unsatisfied:

You may request a full refund provided you have completed the Programme in its entirety, participated fully, and can demonstrate that you have applied the Programme strategies without achieving reasonable results.

Participation in all weekly check-in calls and completion of the full Programme is a mandatory requirementfor eligibility for the money back guarantee.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the Programme’s completion, along with evidence of your participation and application of the methods taught.

Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of the Programme facilitator.
Participants who fail to attend weekly check-in calls, do not complete Programme activities, or withdraw early will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Record Keeping and Medical Records
As part of the Programme, we may collect information relating to your health, weight, eating habits, and overall wellbeing.

These records are kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of monitoring progress and improving Programme delivery.

Although we are not a healthcare provider and do not maintain formal “medical records,” coaching notes and relevant communications will be securely stored for the legal minimum period.

The Sustainable Change Programme provides general education and coaching in nutrition, lifestyle, and behaviour change. It does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.

8. Jurisdiction

By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you agree that (i) you are situated and resident in the UK AND (ii) this agreement is governed by the Laws of Scotland
