The 6-Week Sustainable Change Programme is designed to help you build healthy habits that fit your life and move away from restrictive diets and ‘quick fixes’. With expert guidance and weekly 1:1 check-ins to keep you supported and accountable, you'll learn how to create a way of eating that truly works for you. Sustainable, realistic, and tailored to your goals while following advice from a qualified and regulated health professional. Your Step-by-Step Journey to Sustainable Change: Week 1: Build Your Foundation We’ll kick things off by giving you the essential tools and knowledge you need to create real, lasting change. You’ll receive a personalised meal plan to get started – plus, we’ll teach you how to confidently build your own in the future, without confusion or overwhelm. Week 2: Enjoy Your Food – Without the Guilt Learn how to be fully present with your meals, enjoy your food again, and make room for favourites like takeaways – without the guilt or the all-or-nothing mindset. You'll also have your first end-of-week check-in call to celebrate your wins and keep you moving forward. Week 3: Eat Well Without Overthinking It Discover how simple changes to your hydration habits can transform your energy and appetite. You’ll also learn an easy, no-recipe method for creating balanced, satisfying dinners that work for your lifestyle – not against it. Week 4: Confident, Nourishing Lunches Say goodbye to stressful lunch choices! This week, we’ll give you the tools to prepare or pick balanced lunches with ease. You’ll also gain powerful strategies for managing cravings in a way that feels supportive, not restrictive. Week 5: Smarter Snacking + Mindset Shifts Master the art of balanced snacking so you can stay energised between meals without second-guessing yourself. We’ll also introduce powerful mindset tools to help you reframe unhelpful thoughts and stay motivated for the long term. Week 6: Stay on Track for Life In our final week together, you’ll learn how sleep, stress, and lifestyle habits impact your appetite and progress — and how to manage them effectively. You’ll also receive a self-monitoring guide and a plan so you can confidently continue your journey after the programme ends. Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation Policy - Effective Date: 04/01/2024 Cancellation Procedure Clients are required to provide notice of cancellation through our online booking system or by contacting us directly via email (sophie@mydietitian.uk). Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any charges. Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy Late Cancellation: Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not receive a refund for the appointment booked. No-Show: If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full appointment fee will be charged. Refund Policy Canceled by Client: Refunds will not be issued for appointments canceled by the client within the specified time frame. The client may reschedule the appointment without incurring additional charges. Canceled by MyDietitian: In the rare event that MyDietitian / our registered dietitian needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund or rescheduled appointment will be offered. Payment and Fee Structure Payment is required at the time of booking an appointment. Exceptions Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances. Clients are encouraged to contact us via email (sophie@mydietitian.uk) as soon as possible to discuss their situation. Communication Clients are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is accurate and up-to-date to receive notifications about appointments and cancellations. Policy Modifications MyDietitian reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and will be communicated through our website.
