What is a Registered Dietitian? The title ‘dietitian’ is the only food and nutrition title that is protected by law. You will be recieving safe and evidenced backed nutrition advice. Only those registered with the statutory regulator, the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) can use the title.

How many appointments will I need to have? Everyone's goals and journey are different therefore the number of appointments will differ for every individual. Frequency and number of appointments required can be discussed at the initial consultation appointment with your dietitian.

Do you offer weekend and evening appointments? Yes, we offer weekend and evening appointments. Appointment availability can be seen when booking your appointment. If you have any other questions about appointment availability, please get in touch.

Do I need to visit a clinic in person? No - all appointments are held online using a secure video link. There’s nothing to download; you’ll simply receive a link after booking. This means you can access support from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the UK or Ireland.
